Primary contact & guest coordination
Valeria
Valeria manages the Communications and Business Development department of Exclusive Cruises and is the primary point of contact for many guests before their day on the water.
With dual citizenship in Italy and America, she grew up in Connecticut while spending summers on Italy's Amalfi Coast. Her international background helps guests feel understood, guided and reassured from the first message.
She graduated from Northeastern University in Boston with a dual degree in Journalism and Modern Languages and brings a hands-on approach to planning, communication and guest care.
She also co-wrote This Is War, a memoir with her grandfather about his childhood in New Haven, Connecticut, and his service in the U.S. Navy during World War II.
Nautical expertise & local knowledge
Francesco
Francesco grew up in the nautical industry, working on yacht engineering, mechanics and the reconstruction and refurbishment of boats of different sizes.
Born and raised between the Cilento and Amalfi Coasts, he brings local knowledge, practical experience and a refined sense of Italian coastal lifestyle to the Exclusive Cruises approach.
His background helps the team match each guest with the right boat, the right route and the right rhythm for a private day at sea.
